LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The trial for a man accused of a killing back in 2009 ended Monday night in a mistrial.
The jury came back deadlocked in the trial of Marcus Crook.
He was on trial for the murder of Joe McNealy in 2009. McNealy was found shot to death on 19th Street, near Stone Alley in the Russell neighborhood.
The prosecution will go to court on Monday to ask for a new trial date for crook and his co-defendant Steve Bledsoe.
