Sex offender's probation revoked after alleged social media use

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A registered sex offender convicted in connection with the assault of an 11-year-old girl had his probation revoked after reports he allegedly used social media which is a violation of his plea agreement.

T. J. Chaddic appeared before a judge Monday after a WHAS i-Team investigation. During the investigation WHAS found Chaddic was using the social media application, Instagram.

A judge ordered the 18-year-old to jail on a probation violation. Chaddic was put into handcuffs at the Hall of Justice and will spend 12 days in jail. After he serves the time behind bars he will be placed on house arrest for 18 days.
