Judge denies Gouker's request to toss conviction

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – A judge has denied Josh Gouker’s request to toss out his conviction.

Gouker admitted to killing his stepson but asked to withdraw his guilty plea saying he was coerced into a confession. A judge says the guilty plea stands.

Gouker admitted to killing Trey Zwicker who was found beaten to death behind Liberty High School in 2011.
