CLARKSVILLE, Ind. (WHAS11) -- Police raided a Clarksville Indiana massage parlor this morning, arresting the owner and placing a "Stop Work Order" on the businesses door.

The business was located in the Falls Plaza Office Park near Green Tree Mall.

It was one of several adult businesses that have been owned and operated in recent months by Ivan Deleon and his wife Jenacarol Kaufman.

Warrants were issued for their arrests on felony promoting prostitution charges.

Deleon was arrested at the site, but Kaufman was said to be out of state.

The charges are the culmination of a six-month investigation by Southern Indiana authorities involving sex for money at the couple's businesses.

Most of the instances referred to an an arrest occurred at the My1501 massage parlor in Jeffersonville.

That business was raided last August.

Five female employees were arrested at the time.

The arrest affidavit filed in court Friday indicates that at least 24 women worked at the businesses.

There were also contacts for at least 400 customers.

The report indicates sex toys, condoms and lingerie were seized at the Jeffersonville business.

Interviews of employees allegedly indicated that they were trained in how to spot law enforcement and were forced to perform sex acts on their male supervisors during training to prove they weren't cops.

Court records indicate the women were told they had to perform sex acts on clients to keep their jobs and would perform intercourse, oral sex and other acts for tips.

Deleon is being held in the Clark County jail under a $25,000 bond.
