LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – An agreement has been reached between Jefferson County Public Schools and a mother whose daughter was sexually assaulted on a school bus two years ago.

The restraining order allows the girl to transfer from Western High School where one of the attackers was placed into her class.

The order also forces the suspect to stay 25 feet away from the victim for the rest of this school year.

Police said the girl was assaulted by six students who held her down, ripped her clothes off and groped her during a bus ride home.
