HARDINSBURG, Ky. (WHAS11) – Another victim has perished after a two-vehicle collision on U.S. 60 just outside of Hardinsburg, Kentucky on Saturday.

Police say 28-year-old Justin Glisson’s vehicle crossed the center line and struck a freightliner hauling 9,000 gallons of gasoline.

The freightliner exited the roadway and overturned spilling an estimated 4,000 gallons of gasoline. Crews from Southern Environmental were called in to help in cleanup efforts.

Glisson’s 27-year-old sister, Tracy, succumbed from her injuries early Sunday morning at University Hospital in Louisville. She was not wearing a seatbelt.

Timothy Castlen, the driver of the freightliner, suffered non life-threatening injuries and is currently at University Hospital.

U.S. 60 was re-opened early Sunday morning because cleanup went quicker than expected.
