LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Questions arise every time a police chase happens. People want to know what police are thinking, what are their main concerns and how do you finally stop a suspect who won't stop on his own.

WHAS11 was joined by Wayne Kessinger, a retired LMPD officer and the current Harrison County Sheriff's Department Chief who helped to break down the anatomy of a chase.
