INDIANAPOLIS (WHAS11) – A former Indianapolis officer has been charged with driving under the influence three years after he was charged with causing a fatal crash while intoxicated.
Marion County prosecutors will ask a judge to revoke David Bisard’s bond in the 2010 case.
He remains in jail after crashing his car Saturday.
Police say his blood-alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.
In 2010, Bisard was charged with DUI, reckless homicide and criminal recklessness for being involved in a crash that killed 30-year-old Eric Wells and injured two others.
