LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)-- The man suspected in a deadly case of road rage on Poplar Level is out of jail after posting bond.

Donald Hayes, a popular hot dog vendor outside the courthouse, posted full $50,000 bond and is out of jail on Thursday night.

Earlier in the day Circuit Court Judge Mitch Perry did not lower is bond, as requested by Hayes and his lawyer.

Perry also ruled that there is enough evidence in the case for a trial to occur.

Police said it started with an argument between the Hayes and Danny Wilson on the interstate and ended in a bank parking lot on Poplar Level Road. Surveillance video from that parking lot was shown in court.

It shows both men there, when Wilson leaves he crashes into three parked cars. Hayes then leaves in his truck.
