(WHAS11) -- Honda is recalling 573,000 Accord mid-size cars due to a fire hazard.
The recall affects Accords from 2003 through 2007 model years that have V6 engines.
Honda says those vehicles have a defective power steering hose that can leak fluid and catch fire. One fire has been reported, but there has been no injuries.
Honda will replace the hoses for free, but the bad news is the parts aren't available until early 2013.
You should take your car to a dealer if you suspect a leak.
