HODGENVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – A Hodgenville, Ky. city clerk says she wants back-pay for time she worked and never got paid.
The News Enterprise says MaDonna Hornback sent a letter to Hodgenville Mayor Terry Cruse seeking payment for more than 6,300 hours of unpaid time.
Hornback took on the role as city clerk in 2007.
The paper says she claims she wasn’t paid for working overtime including caring for flowers on Lincoln Square and has now filed a complaint with the Kentucky Labor Cabinet seeking nearly $200,000.
Hornback and Cruse were arraigned on corruption charges in LaRue County Tuesday.
