LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)-- Big, expensive plans are in store for one of Louisville's oldest buildings.
The Paget House, built in 1790, is set to be the focus of a $3 million renovation. Spearheaded by a veteran group of local restauranteurs.
The house is on River Road, near Waterfront Park.
The building will be the centerpiece of The River Park Place project that is currently underway.
Partnering owners of Doc Crow's Smokehouse and La Coop are undertaking the project.
