LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The Louisville man who was just released from prison for crashing a stolen car and killing four teens will be back in court at the end of the month.
A hearing to discuss revoking Herbert Lee's probation is scheduled for July 27.
Lee was arrested last week on charges of stealing a rental car from the airport. He served a one year sentence and had just been released from jail in December.
As a teen, Lee was convicted of manslaughter for fleeing from police in 2008 and crashing a stolen car, killing his four teenage passengers.
It's now up to a judge to decide if he violated his probation.
Lee remains behind bars on a $10,000 bond.
