Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - The NBA is setting up a June hearing to vote on whether or not to terminate Donald Sterling's ownership of the Clippers.
The hearing will on June 3.
This comes after the racist comments he made. The NBA said that Sterling has damaged the league and its teams, disparaged African-Americans and that his actions significantly undermine the NBA's efforts to promote diversity and inclusion.
Sterling has until May 27 to respond to the charge, and he can appear at the hearing.
