RADCLIFF, Ky. (WHAS11) – A Hardin County man is facing charges because police say he was trafficking in medical marijuana from Colorado and California.

35-year-old Henry Butler Jr. was arrested on February 1 at his home in Radcliff. He was indicted by a grand jury on Thursday.

The Greater Hardin County Narcotics Task Force says they’d recently noticed higher quality marijuana circulating in the area.

The U.S. Postal Service seized $14,000 that Butler was mailing to California and officers found nearly three pounds of medical grade marijuana, cash and a handgun in Butler’s home.
