HANOVER, Ind. (WHAS11/News release) -- A Jefferson County, Ind. man is behind bars, accused of sending sexual pictures to a child.
Indiana State Police arrested 29-year-old Christopher Chandler at his home in Hanover Tuesday. Police said Chandler contacted a juvenile on the internet, and sent the juvenile sexually explicit, suggestive messages and pictures.
Chandler is charged with child solicitation. He is being held in the Jefferson County Jail.
This investigation is continuing and the lead investigator, Detective Dan Elmore, is asking any other juvenile who may have been contacted by Christopher E. Chandler via a social networking site and/or text message, to either contact him directly, or have your parent or guardian contact him at the Indiana State Police Post at Versailles at 812-689-5000.
