LOUISVILLE, Ky -- A guilty plea was entered Thursday from a man charged in a southern Indiana convenience store robbery that left a second suspect dead.

Nicholas Lacruze pleaded guilty Clark County Court Thursday afternoon to charges of attempted robbery.

He had been charged with murder in the November 2011 shooting at the Q-Mart in Jeffersonville.

Police say Lacruze's accomplice was shot and killed by the clerk. Lacruze will be sentenced at a later date.
