LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) --  A coalition of local social justice groups came together on Monday calling on those who run Fourth Street Live!, to address claims of racial discrimination.

The ACLU, Connected Voices and the Fairness Campaign said the Cordish Company needs to take steps to address recent claims.

The groups main concerns are the dress code policy, which they believe needs to be enforced for all patrons.

This week Cordish Company representatives are expected to meet with some of the organizations.
