San Diego, Cali. (WHAS11)- Four bus drivers, who say they accidentally ate pot brownies, and then went out on their routes, are now on paid leave.
The bus drivers work for the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System.
Apparently, a dispatcher brought brownies into work that his roommate made.
He says he had no idea they were pot brownies.
After eating the brownies, two female bus drivers got so sick; they had to go to the hospital.
The Transit Authority sent a memo to its board members about the incident, saying quote "the source of the illness has been traced back to baked goods distributed by one fellow employee."
All employees involved are on leave pending drug tests.
