LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The former principal of Pleasure Ridge Park High School is now suing Jefferson County Public Schools.
Dave Johnson retired from the district in June after a report found that he misused school money on trips with sports teams.
The lawsuit alleges that the district withheld some of his final wages as money that was to be paid back to JCPS.
Johnson said he never agreed to pay the money back.
JCPS does not comment on pending litigation.
