LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- On the first anniversary of President Barack Obama's climate change speech, the White House hosted a billionaire environmental activist on Wednesday.

Tom Steyer has pledged up to $100 million for candidates who campaign on climate change issues in the November elections.

WHAS11 Political Editor Joe Arnold spoke one-on-one with another high-profile democrat who said Obama is going about it the wrong way.
