LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS)--A flood warning for the Ohio River was canceled Monday morning, but the water is still very high.

Recent rain coupled with melting snow to our north has caused the river to swell over its bank.

A spokesperson for the Metro Sewer District said the river level reached 21 feet Sunday.  Flood stage is 23 feet.
