Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - The fire that broke out in the Jewish Hospital parking garage in downtown Louisville has been controlled

The fire started in the fourth level. Initial reports indicated that a car fire spread from one vehicle to one or two of the surrounding cars.

Firefighters were scaling the garage, attempting to free anyone who may be stuck on that level. According to firefighters, only one person needed to be rescued from the smoke. There is no word on that person's condition.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
