LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Dozens of friends and family attended funeral services for 21-year-old Eston Graver who was gunned down during a robbery on Kingston Avenue last Saturday.
Graver’s best friend, a 17-year-old boy who was also shot, is currently in stable condition at University Hospital.
Police have charged Yasmani Rivera-Amoros with murder and robbery in connection with the crime.
“The individual that did what they did to him, you know all I have is blessings for him right now and hoping God deals with him in a different way,” Eston’s Uncle Lee Jeffrey said. “I’d like to meet the young man, give him my blessings because he doesn’t know what he just did.”
Louisville Police say Rivera-Amoros led Graver and the teenager into an apartment to rob them.
Then, another man came in and shot them both.
Police are still looking for the gunman.
