(WHAS11)-- ESPN is reporting that former UofL forward Chane Behanan is heading to Colorado St. to finish his college career.

Behanan, a 6-foot-6 power forward, was dismissed from the Cardinals team in late December after violating a university policy.

He had told media in early Janurary that he was going to work with former NBA player John Lucas, who runs a drug and alcohol treatment program for athletes and coaches in Houston.

ESPN says that Behanan will be eligible in mid-December of 2014 and have more than half the season of games to play in his final year of eligibility.
