LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A drug investigation at a Louisville home has landed a woman behind bars facing multiple charges, including one count of prostitution.

According to a police report, a LMPD detective was investigating drug activity at a home on Briargate Street when 37-yer-old Jennifer Burke gave consent to search the residence.

During his search, the detective said he found multiple syringes loaded with heroin, scales, torn baggies with residue and two pipes used to smoke meth.

Police said not only did the detective discover drugs and paraphernalia in the home, but Burke admitted she was giving massages and performing sex acts for money.

Burke did not have a "paper license" that allows her to run a massage business from her home, police said.

Burke is charge with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, prostitution and no massage license.
