LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)—Downtown was packed with visitors and locals alike on Derby Eve.

Tourist were flying in and eating out in downtown, especially on Fourth Street, and they go out to see the sites of the Derby City during Derby weekend, which translates into about $400 million worth of economic impact, according to Forbes.
