(WHAS11) -- A family feud is underway at Holiday World in southern Indiana.
A judge has given control of the theme park to Lori Koch, the widow of the late Will Koch, who died in 2010.
After the judge's ruling Lori Koch apparently fired Will's brother Dan who had been running the park for the past couple years.
Court records show Lori sued Dan in January 2011.
Dan Koch is now appealing the ruling giving Lori the majority share of the park.
Matt Eckert was named as the new president and CEO earlier this week.
The Koch family has owned and operated Holiday World since 1946.
