Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The intersection of Bardstown Road and Taylorsville Road was shut down for several hours Saturday afternoon while fire crews investigated the cause of a fire at the Highlands Cleaners.
Fire crews responded to reports of a fire at the Highlands Cleaners in the 2400 block of Bardstown Road on Saturday around 11:50 a.m.
According to fire officials, there was an explosion in one of the commercial dryers. Damages to the building were minimal and noone was injured.
The investigation into what caused the fire is still ongoing.
