CLARK COUNTY, Ind. (WHAS11) -- A legal battle is on in Southern Indiana and it's not because of bad blood, but a clarification.
The Clark County Commissioners have filed a lawsuit against the Clark County Council.
The Commissioners are seeking clarification from Circuit Court on the Council's allocation of tax deficit funds.
They are specifically looking at roughly $400,000 that has been reallocated to the cumulative bridge fund, which deals with Clark County bridges funding, not the Ohio River Bridge funding.
