(WHAS11) -- A six-year-old has been suspended from school for using his finger as an imaginary gun while playing cops and robbers.
This is the second time in less than a month a Maryland child has been suspended for this kind of play.
The first school reversed their decision after Rodney's parents appealed. No word yet on the more recent case.
