LEXINGTON, Ky. (WHAS11) – Kentucky Wildcats fans spent all night celebrating the team’s big win against Wisconsin in Saturday night’s Final Four game in Dallas.

Thousands of fans packed South Limestone Avenue and State Street near the University of Kentucky’s campus.

Partiers celebrated by lighting chairs and other furniture, fireworks and even setting t-shirts and clothing on fire.

Police in riot gear worked to control the massive crowds.

21 people were arrested Saturday night for alcohol offenses and disorderly conduct.

The Lexington Fire Department says it extinguished 80 fires and treated more than 34 patients.
