(WHAS11) -- Two combat veterans in Oregon want to expand their state's medical marijuana program because they say pot helps their PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).
Both men testified before a senate judiciary committee. The senators are considering a bill to allow medical marijuana to treat PTSD.
One state senator testified she is against expanding the medical marijuana program because she watched a family member ruin his life with the drug.
