LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – A Floyd County auditor has been ordered to pay nearly $140,000 in legal bills for David Camm’s defense team.

Camm was acquitted of murder in the deaths of his wife and two young children.

Special judge Jon Dartt ordered Floyd County auditor, Scott Clark, to pay the amount to settle most of the disputed claims.

Those bills are from lawyers who represented Camm during his third murder trial last year.
