FLOYD CO., Ind. (WHAS11) -- David Camm's third murder trial has already wrapped up but for Floyd County the costs keep rising.

It's now surpassed the $2 million mark up which is up from $1.5 million reported in October. But that's not all--more charges billed to the taxpayers are being disputed by Floyd County Auditor Scott Clark.

Clark is mainly disputing charges from the defense, while some taxpayers and local residents are concerned about bills sent in by special prosecutor Stan Levco. He did send the county a personal check for some meals but there are still a lot of questions about what else was bought.
