Body recovered from Ohio River identified as missing fisherman

(WHAS11) - The body of a missing fisherman has been found in the Ohio River.
The body of 37-year-old Richard Hovis of English, Indiana was found just after 3pm Friday by a barge near the Greenwood boat dock.
It was then recovered near Horseshoe Casino.
Hovis was on a boat getting ready to pull in fishing nets when witnesses say he fell overboard.
His mother says he is epileptic and believes he had a seizure.
