LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The Jefferson County Coroner has identified a man's body found in Old Lighthouse Lake on Gardiner Lane Friday night.

The coroner identified Dennis Osgood, 52, through fingerprints on Sunday and say drowning was the cause of death.

According to the coroner, Osgood was homeless and lived in a truck in that neighborhood.

On Friday, police received a report that a man's body was found at around 5 p.m. in Old Lighthouse Lake, that's near the Alpine Ice Arena on Gardiner Lane.

WHAS11 spoke with a man and his son who said they actually found clothes neatly stacked on the backside of the lake Thursday night.

"I thought it was kind of creepy because usually you don't see that when walking around the lake fishing...,” Blake Wheeler, said.

Coroner said he believes something else was involved, but wont have toxicology for another few weeks.
