Beshear hints agenda, Abramson predicts historic partnership at Kentucky inauguration

Governor Steve Beshear was sworn in for his second consecutive term as Governor of Kentucky in a midnight ceremony in the Capitol Rotunda. Former Louisville mayor Jerry Abramson then took the oath of office as Lt. Governor. This is the first time he has held statewide elected office.
