LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A bench warrant has now been issued for a Louisville doctor charged with writing fraudulent prescriptions.
Dr. Kari Nally did not show up for her scheduled court appearance Tuesday morning.
Nally is accused of writing bogus prescriptions for four co-defendants. The co-defendants would allegedly fill the prescriptions, then either return the pills to Nally or keep them for themselves.
