LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)—Four Louisville men say they were misidentified by LMPD after the mob violence in March.
Shaquazz Allen, Tyrone Booker, Jerron Bush and Craig Dean were arrested for a robbery back in March, the same night a group of 200 teens caused violence in a number of mob attacks.
The families of the suspects claim the men were nowhere near the Downtown area and are victims of racial profiling by LMPD.
The groups attorney said cell phone records and a video of Booker in Thornton’s on Shelbyville Road proves they were no near the crime scene.
A Grand Jury will be presented with evidence in the case on June 24.
