(WHAS 11)--An assault charge has been added to the underage drinking charges that the son of Kentucky Senator Rand Paul is facing.
19-year-old William Paul is accused of assaulting a flight attendant.
The alleged assault happened during a US Airways flight from Lexington to Charlotte last weekend.
Police believe Paul was served alcohol on that flight but US Airways denies the claim.
