LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)—The Arrow Fund has helped another dog, after being found severely cut.

Mooney, a black Lab, was flown from Henderson County to Louisville after he was found with his neck severely cut.

Vets believe someone tried to cut his head off. Medical staff at Blue Pearl Hospital cleaned his wounds and stitched him up.

They also said he had bite marks on his body and his shoulder was swollen.

If you would like to donate to help with Mooney’s medical expenses, you can donate to the Arrow Fund by clicking here.
