The group just released a list of what it's looking for including personal drive, psychological and emotional stability, and creativity.
At least six groups of four people will be selected and trained for eight years in electronics, medical care, and other life skills.
If you're picked for the colony a fair warning: Once you're on Mars, there's no coming back!
