(WHAS11) - Another lawsuit has been filed in connection with the death of a teenager at a Youth Alive event last year.

The parents of Aaron Shields, Frankie Shields and Robin Brooks have sued Youth Alive, two Youth Alive employees, members of the Youth Alive board of directors, police officers and the Louisville Metro Police Department.

Aaron Shields was killed in a crash on December 18th after getting a ride from Herbert Lee, an unlicensed teenager who was driving a stolen car.

The crash occurred when lee was fleeing from police.

The family of the other three victims, Marc, Demar and Jemar Claybrook, filed a lawsuit against Youth Alive in November.
