A former ambulance driver is set to be sentenced Monday after pleading guilty to manslaughter, assault, and wanton endangerment among other charges.
37-year-old Tammy Brewer was charged with murder last April after a drug test showed she had methadone in her system the night she crashed an ambulance killing patient Vickie Whobrey.
Brewer's attorney agreed to a 10-year prison sentence but a judge could grant her shock probation after serving 120 days.
She is expected to be sentenced Monday morning.
