(WHAS11) -- An agreement has been reached on the location for the third David Camm murder trial expected to begin next August.
The court clerk in Spencer County, Indiana tells WHAS11 the attorneys still have to sign off on the agreement and the new location will not be made public until then.
The former Indiana State trooper is accused of murdering his wife and two children back in 2000. Camm was convicted twice of the murders but both convictions have been overturned.
Both sides had previously agreed to hold the trial at a location north of Indianapolis.
