OLIVE HILL, Ky. (AP) — A northeastern Kentucky man has been charged with burglarizing a home where authorities found a badly burned body.

Kentucky State Police were notified of a possible arson fire Sunday morning near Olive Hill in Lawrence County. Police found a body in the burned-out home.

State police say an investigation led to the arrest of 47-year-old Robert C. Limings, of Blaine. He was charged with second-degree burglary and tampering with physical evidence and jailed in the Carter County Detention Center.

The fire victim has not been identified. Carter County Deputy Coroner Ronnie Wallace says an autopsy should reveal the person's identity.

Police have made no other arrests in connection with the fire.
