LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A 77-year-old man is in Metro Corrections facing nearly three dozen sexual abuse charges against children.
On Thursday, John Smith turned himself in. On Wednesday he was indicted on charges of raping a child under 12-years-old and sexual abuse in the first degree.
The charges stem from an incident that happened early in 2012 and one dating all the way back to 1966.
His bond is scheduled to be set Friday morning.
