Seymour, Ind. (WHAS) -- Five people were arrested, including 3 17-year-old teenagers charged as adults, in a crime spree that police say lasted several hours in Seymour this week.
It started with an alleged home invasion robbery at an apartment complex Wednesday night. A man was pistol whipped after the men flashed handguns and demanded cash, according to police. The victim was not badly hurt.
Police believe the suspects had knowledge there was money in the home but didn't find any and took other items.
Three of them were arrested when they allegedly broke into cars in Seymour hours later. The other two were tracked and arrested in Crothersville.
The two adults are from Seymour. Two of the juveniles are from Crothersville, and the third is from Scottsburg.
