CORBIN, Ky. (AP) -- Three men in southeastern Kentucky have pleaded not guilty to charges that include murder and robbery.

The Times-Tribune reports the pleas were entered on Tuesday in Knox Circuit Court by 33-year-old James Wyatt, 52-year-old George Marcum and 42-year-old John C. Mills.

All three are charged in the death of 27-year-old Jonathan "Ryan" Foley, whose remains were found in November, about a week after family members reported him missing.

Another man arrested in connection with the case, 28-year-old Lonnie Sturdivant, pleaded not guilty to charges that include tampering with evidence.
